Policies


Working with KD & Co. Virtual Biz Solutions, LLC means you agree to abide by the following policies:


Billing Policies

  • Monthly support plans are available at 10, 20, and 40 hours per month, and paid at the end of each month. Please contact me if you need more hours.
  • Hourly rate for all services is $35 per hour
  • I charge a fixed rate for retainer and one-time projects
  • Before we start working together, you will be required to e-sign a Virtual Assistant Services agreement. The agreement will include the description of services, payment terms, scope of work, client responsibilities, relationship of parties, office hours, and communication.
  • Full payment for one-time projects is required before work commences. Payment can be made via PayPal (major credit cards are accepted through PayPal).
  • Payments rendered are considered fully earned and non-refundable.
  • You certify that you are the authorized user of the credit card that you use for payments and that you will not file an "Item Not Received Dispute" on PayPal, nor file a chargeback with your card issuer, when services have already been rendered.
  • Monthly support plans and retainer packages are to be used within 30 days only and can not be extended. In case of financial reasons, we can pause your project and resume whenever you are ready.
  • Monthly plans and retainer packages are billed on the last day of each month (depends on the date that you have signed the contract). Retainer packages are considered as monthly recurring fees, so you will automatically receive an invoice every month. The invoice needs to be paid upon receipt.
  • Additional work beyond the scope of your contract must be negotiated separately and will require a separate VA Services Agreement. Services requested that do not fall within the scope of your contract will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate of $35 per hour.
  • I use a project management system to communicate. However, if you need to discuss on the phone or Skype with me, an appointment must be booked. Please take note that I track my time during our calls.

General Business Policies

  • I also have other clients to serve, and I require fair, realistic notice in order to attend to requests and projects.
  • Poor planning or miscommunication on your part will not constitute an emergency for me. I try as much as possible to cater to my clients' needs but projects need to be planned, and I can't always cater to urgent requests.
  • My office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific time.
  • I absolutely do not do any work on weekends.
  • I require a 30-day notice to cancel any service.
